เกาะไม้ท่อน หรือ  Honeymoon island  ตั้งอยู่ทางทิศตะวันออกของภูเก็ต  เกาะไม้ท่อนสามารถเดินทางได้จากท่าเรือน้ำลึกภูเก็ต หรือท่าเรือน้ำลึกพันวา
